I've long had an interest in amateur astronomy. Unfortunately, my disability prevents me from taking the telescope out very much. When I do make it out, I take my newest scope, a Meade 8" LX200GPS with UHTC. This was long my dream scope, and I purchased it in 2003. I have also been dabbling with astrophotography. For this I use my Canon Digital Rebel. I hope to buy property in the relatively near future and eventually setup a small observatory with the scope permanently mounted. I am still very much a beginner with astrophotography, but will post pictures as I take them.
